About The Position

To plan and follow up tools, manufacturing work instructions, processes and sequences required in the manufacturing completion, delivery, maintenance and modification of aircraft and their components, including welded assemblies and machined parts, using conventional and automated systems. Performs liaison activities within Manufacturing Departments. To prepare information necessary for and prepare manufacturing visual aids to be used in lieu of, or concurrently with, tools, planning, and/or blueprints; illustrating the operational stages in the manufacture of detail parts, assemblies, and the subsequent performance of installation operations using conventional, computer graphics and/or automated systems. This position may require working on Second Shift.

Requirements

3+ years of Planning experience.
Experience reading and interpreting Blueprints.
Experience with MS Office

Nice To Haves

Ability to create a manufacturing bill of material
Ability to create graphical work instructions
Familiar with planning applications similar to CAPP
Experience working in aircraft manufacturing environment
Experience working in or around a machine shop
Experience writing work instructions
Ability to understand manufacturing processes and procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment.
