About The Position

You will be the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the Manufacturing Planner team. Our team is responsible for managing multiple stock rooms and warehouses, and controlling all material movement throughout the site. What You Will Be Doing As the Material Control Supervisor you will be responsible for leading hardware movement in an automated process environment while ensuring inventory optimization and schedule adherence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead and coordinate material flow across manufacturing functions to meet customer requirements. Maintain production system integrity, MRP parameters, lead times, and lot sizes. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations Management to develop and execute time‑phased plans. Analyze production schedules, capacity needs, and execute plans to preserve or recover schedules. Drive BOM changes with Engineering and Change Board representatives. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
  • Understanding of Material Resource Planning (MRP) and knowledge of Inventory Control.
  • Possess PP&C experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • This facility requires special access and the selected candidate must be a US Citizen.
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior SAP experience.
  • American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) Certification.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • Previous work experience in a related discipline.
  • Preferred disciplines such as Production Operations Management and Supply Chain Management.
  • Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Candidate must demonstrate a teamwork orientation.
