Responsibilities

Development and management of manufacturing bills of material for multiple platforms
Development of manufacturing processes and procedures
Create, release, and manage work orders in the ERP/MRP system
Sequence and prioritize production jobs to meet customer and program requirements
Manage kitting, staging, and material availability for production orders
Work instruction development and maintenance
Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials
Performs assembly of mechanical and electrical drones, and buildup of assemblies & subassemblies
Participates in Preliminary Design Reviews, Production Readiness Reviews, and Post-Production Reviews
Technical liaison between engineering and manufacturing
Assists with inventory management activities
Manages supplies and equipment for the team
Assist with the development of a Master Production Schedule
Make vs. Buy analysis on all components across all platforms
