As a member of a high performance team, you will be responsible for a variety of jobs. As the team progresses, you, along with your team members will be a key decision maker in the operation of your part of the business.

Requirements

• Job experience will be considered in place of a high school diploma or GED.
• The ability to pass an eye exam.
• Manual dexterity.
• A mix of standing and sitting is required.
• Some lifting up to 20 lbs. required.
• Anyone 18 years or older may apply.
• Ability to work in a controlled room environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Positive can-do attitude

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of ophthalmic lenses, which includes, degating, inspection, inking, and packaging.
