About The Position

Â· Visually and physically inspects products at various stages of the production process Â· Inspects and records data per the company's standards Â· Specific duties include inspecting and testing manufactured products for conformance to quality standards on time, (with emphasis on vital product characteristics) to establish a sampling plan Â· Maintain work area and general plant conditions according to established practices and instruction Â· Understand and follow Company’s Abnormal Stop Procedures Â· Reports nonconformance to quality specifications to Team Leader Â· Ability to use and understand quality measuring equipment and specifications Â· Maintain a professional attitude when communicating and working with other team members or management Â· Participate in the Company's America Kaizen Program by offering improvement ideas by the established program Â· Assist in training new team members as needed and/or recognized Â· Comply with all attendance, safety, security, company policies, procedures, work instructions, and rules Â· Performs other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisor and/or management </div> Requirements</h3> Â· Mexican, North American, or Canadian citizenship. Â· Possess Cedula Professional on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Engineering. Â· Possess Titulo Universitario and grades on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Engineering. Â· Have a valid Mexican passport with at least 1 -year validity. Â· No previous immigration issues. Â· Have a valid driver’s license. Â· Ability to move to the U.S. Â· Fluency in English. Â· Ability to stand up 8 hours a day. Â· Able to lift up to 35 pounds (about 16 kilos). </div> Benefits</h3> Â· Hourly salary of 17.00 USD. The candidate is anticipated to work around 50 hours per week. Overtime is paid by the local policies and employment law. Â· Living arrangements for the first two months. Â· Transportation when arriving in the U.S. for the first two months (Employee must pay gas expenses and must have a Mexican or U.S. driver’s license). Â· Health insurance after working 90 days for the company. Â· Workers’ compensation insurance. Â· Five days of vacation per year.

Requirements

Mexican, North American, or Canadian citizenship.
Possess Cedula Professional on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Engineering.
Possess Titulo Universitario and grades on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Engineering.
Have a valid Mexican passport with at least 1 -year validity.

Ability to move to the U.S.
Fluency in English.
Ability to stand up 8 hours a day.
Able to lift up to 35 pounds (about 16 kilos).

Benefits

Hourly salary of 17.00 USD. The candidate is anticipated to work around 50 hours per week. Overtime is paid by the local policies and employment law.
