About The Position

Requirements

  • Mexican, North American, or Canadian citizenship.
  • Possess Cedula Professional on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Engineering.
  • Possess Titulo Universitario and grades on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Engineering.
  • Have a valid Mexican passport with at least 1 -year validity.
  • No previous immigration issues.
  • Have a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to move to the U.S.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to stand up 8 hours a day.
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds (about 16 kilos).

  • Maintain work area and general plant conditions according to established practices and instruction
  • Understand and follow Company’s Abnormal Stop Procedures
  • Reports nonconformance to quality specifications to Team Leader
  • Ability to use and understand quality measuring equipment and specifications
  • Maintain a professional attitude when communicating and working with other team members or management
  • Participate in the Company's America Kaizen Program by offering improvement ideas by the established program
  • Assist in training new team members as needed and/or recognized

Benefits

  • Hourly salary of 17.00 USD. The candidate is anticipated to work around 50 hours per week. Overtime is paid by the local policies and employment law.
  • Living arrangements for the first two months.
  • Transportation when arriving in the U.S. for the first two months (Employee must pay gas expenses and must have a Mexican or U.S. driver’s license).
  • Health insurance after working 90 days for the company.
  • Workers’ compensation insurance.
