Shifts we are currently filling: 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 3rd Shift: Sun-Fri 10:00PM - 6:30AM Weekend AM Fri-Sun 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Weekend PM Fri-Sun 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Our Millersburg site is growing, and we’re currently hiring Manufacturing Operators for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts (outlined below). Site Overview: Our Millersburg, PA site is a 24/7 Manufacturing facility that offers flexible containment solutions for bioprocessing including 2D and 3D bioprocess containers (BPCs) and fluid transfer assemblies (FTAs). We are leading innovation to improve Biological Manufacturing Processes by offering high quality, reliable, best-in-class products and an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; technical certification is a plus
- Operator I (experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.)
- Operator II (1 year of manufacturing experience required)
- Cleanroom environment: must be able to wear full gowning attire which includes gloves, hair & beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses. These items are prohibited in the cleanroom: makeup, jewelry, nail polish, cologne / perfume, scented lotions and hair care products
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime if required
Nice To Haves
- Technical certification or associate degree in a related field.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes and high-quality output
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Determine and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and improve production capabilities
- Accurately detail production data and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards
