Manufacturing Operator
About The Position
Apex Microtechnology is hiring a Manufacturing Operator. This is an entry-level position that will require the candidate to learn multiple areas of manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have great attention to detail, a high level of drive, and a willingness to learn new processes and must be able to work well with others in a group environment. Current opportunities: 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday) 3:20pm - 1:50am (must be able to train on the 1st shift schedule for up to 3 months) Pay details: This is an entry-level position with a starting pay of $16.50 per hour. 2nd shift receives a 9% shift differential on top of the base pay.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willing to learn new objectives and methods
- Willing and able to work overtime when scheduled
- Ability to work with small, delicate parts
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electronics manufacturing
- Microscope experience
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a variety of manufacturing equipment
- Inspect parts under a microscope
- Obtain qualifications for multiple areas and procedures
- Complete paperwork and computer information as requested
- Perform other related duties as requested.
