About The Position

Position Overview:
This position will assemble rotary hoses to precise specifications while adhering to all quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Essential Job Functions:
Accurately enter required data into the computer system.
Construct hoses according to documented product specifications.
Maintain accurate records as needed.
Locate and understand relevant procedures and forms.
Removing cap and lock rings and reapplying molded caps to hose.
Applying final rubber cover and brand to hose.
Wrapping hose for curing.
Must be familiar with, and follow, all standard operating procedures and guidelines.
Knowledge of how and where to locate procedures and forms relevant to this position.

Requirements

• Must meet the Qualified Job Rate in training determined by Department Supervisor.
• Indoctrination and understanding of NRP’s Quality Manual and specified requirements regarding job responsibilities.
• Operating a hose builder chuck.
• Crane Operator (Must pass test).
• Strong literacy and comprehension skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of company indoctrination.
• Successful completion of safety training programs.
• Understanding of the company’s Quality System and processes.
