Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or educational equivalent (i.e. GED))
  • Minimum one year of direct work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Must have legible handwriting, and the ability to perform accurate documentation in English.
  • Understanding of granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation machines.
  • Capable of conducting troubleshooting, investigations and root cause identification and analysis.
  • Able to prioritize, plan and work under tight schedules and deadlines.
  • Technical writing skills and application of relevant scientific principles and practices (preferred).
  • Must communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in written.
  • English proficiency required (writing, reading, speaking).

Responsibilities

  • Operate Cutting-Edge Equipment: Independently manage pharmaceutical production machinery and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Execute Manufacturing Procedures: Follow detailed batch manufacturing records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain product integrity.
  • Perform Machine Changeovers: Handle cleaning, setup, and maintenance of equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Prepare rooms and equipment, verify calibrations, and check pressure differentials to uphold our stringent quality standards.
  • Handle Material Transfers: Manage the flow of materials and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: Wear appropriate PPE, follow Health & Safety procedures, and participate in safety programs.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Work independently and as part of a team, exercising professional judgment and contributing to continuous improvement.
