About The Position

The Manufacturing Operator will perform essential tasks in a cleanroom environment, including mixing, filling, weighing, sealing, and other repetitive manufacturing processes. This role requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) while ensuring compliance with quality system procedures and regulatory requirements. The operator will work with various equipment and must be comfortable operating in a cleanroom for extended periods.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in a cleanroom environment in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing facility with proper record keeping.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot process equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in a related science field is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for email and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and semi-automated mixing, filling, casting, and sealing of materials.
• Operate lyophilizers and vacuum ovens.
• Follow all procedures and work instructions related to safety, cleanliness, and calibration.
• Complete manufacturing and quality records accurately according to Good Documentation Practices.
• Work in a focused team environment and assist in training others as needed.
• Maintain a high degree of quality in all work performed.
• Adapt to flexible shifts and days to meet batch milestone requirements.
• Perform other manufacturing activities as assigned by department leadership.
