This position will have a schedule of Thu/Fri alternating through Sunday 6:00pm to 6:00am. The role involves promoting a safe workplace and following all established work policies. Responsibilities include performing molding, demolding, and other manufacturing-related duties as required. The individual will help train and oversee other less experienced manufacturing materials processors to ensure daily production goals are achieved. Additionally, the position requires assisting the lead-materials processor with the operation of manufacturing equipment to produce PVA sponge products that meet product specifications. Cleaning and assembling PVA sponge molds, following established process operating and safety procedures, and contributing to maintaining and improving overall company personnel safety are also key responsibilities. The individual will be responsible for adhering to all company, department, quality, and safety procedures, as well as performing other job-related duties as assigned.
