About The Position

Entegris is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our CMP Pads Production team. This position will be based in our De Pere, Wisconsin facility. In this role, you will work with a small, dedicated team to produce materials used for our CMP Pads products. This is an excellent career opportunity for those who are interested in working in a safe, quality-driven manufacturing environment and are able to work independently with good attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED required
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work 4 day x 10hr schedule, (ex: 6:00am - 4:00pm, Mon-Thu), with flexibility to adjust as business need require

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures and policies to produce, package, and prepare Entegris products for manufacturing and shipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and contribute to plant safety initiatives
• Perform data entry and record keeping for production processes and equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement activities across the site
• Receive incoming materials and complete warehousing tasks
• Miscellaneous tasks related to production and warehouse (cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory, etc.)
