About The Position

The Manufacturing Operator for Membrane Manufacturing is responsible for operating machinery on the Membrane line during the 3rd shift. This role involves following safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, documenting production processes, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. The ideal candidate should have machine operation experience and basic troubleshooting skills.

• Basic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform and document production of finished products and intermediates.
• Perform and document testing on finished products and intermediates.
• Follow manufacturing procedures and specifications.
• Assign lot numbers for material traceability.
• Complete all required documentation that relate to product produced (Example Include Bill of Materials, Lot Traceability, Inspection Logs, etc).
• Document and report raw material consumption for all finished good product.
• Clean mix vessels on assigned frequencies.
• Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel and provide the data necessary to help properly disposition nonconforming material.
• Ensure all operations conform to our ISO 9001:2015 standards.
