About The Position

The Role: The Life Sciences Team at Entegris Logan manufactures single use assemblies that are utilized by our Bioprocessing customers for convenient filling, handling, and transferring of media, buffer solutions, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). In this role, you will work in a clean room environment and execute tasks such as operating bag-making machines and conducting various forms of testing on finished products by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality standards. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship
  • At least one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing and/or clean room assembly setting preferred.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance.
  • Understand documented processes and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team setting.
  • Ability to use measuring devices and repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools.

Responsibilities

  • Performs various assembly operations on the product in accordance with the work orders and Manufacturing instructions, standard work in accordance per appropriate documents.
  • Verifies products are visually inspected and corrective actions are taken when necessary.
  • Ensures product is consistent with established specifications.
  • Escalates quality issues as appropriate.
  • Ensures highest possible product quality and adherence to the Entegris quality system, ISO and/or other standards.
  • Ensures all product is packaged per packaging specifications and routings are followed.
  • Ensures all required paperwork is completed thoroughly and timely (i.e. Production Reports, Batch Records, Labels, Material Request Form, Rework, etc.).
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area at all times.
  • Wears required Personal Protective Equipment, performs duties in a safe manner and observe approved safety procedures at all times.
  • Maintains awareness of potential hazards and implements ideas for safer alternatives.
  • Communicates potential hazards to leadership immediately.
  • Follows attendance expectations including arrival times, breaks and meetings.
  • Focuses on key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness and product/system quality.
  • Promotes and implements use of continuous improvement tools to eliminate non-value activities.
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement activities, such as 6S and EHS&S projects.
  • Demonstrates willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization.
  • Participate in Entegris’ continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction
