About The Position

As a Manufacturing Operator at FormFactor, Inc., you will play a crucial role in the semiconductor manufacturing process, specifically within the probe card manufacturing operations. This position is part of a compressed work week (CWW) schedule, where you will work three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts the following week. The D Shift operates from 6 PM to 6:15 AM, Wednesday through Friday, and every other Saturday, with a 15% shift differential. Your responsibilities will include performing various functions associated with probe card manufacturing, such as photo-lithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, testing, and inspection. You will also be responsible for set-up, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance of equipment. In this role, you will collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustments, ensuring process optimization. Collaboration with engineering teams will be essential as you conduct tests and experiments aimed at improving production processes or developing new products. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to coach and train other technicians, fostering teamwork, leadership, and technical skills within the team.
