About The Position

The position involves performing a variety of functions in the production of semiconductor devices, which includes using wafer fabrication tools and processes, testing products, and delivering products to work areas. A strong commitment to safety procedures and protocols is essential. The role requires the use of written procedures and process specifications to complete assignments and demands collaboration and professionalism in a team environment to achieve production goals. The work schedule consists of 12-hour shifts, alternating between 3 and 4 day work weeks, with specific shift schedules outlined for A, B, C, and D shifts. Night shift openings are preferred for applicants.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of related experience in semiconductor production or a similar field.
• Ability to apply company policies and procedures to perform complex tasks.
• Understanding of production needs and ability to escalate issues as necessary.
• Capability to recognize quality problems on equipment and products and take appropriate action.

Nice To Haves

• A college degree may be considered to offset a portion of manufacturing experience.
