About The Position

Step into a Shift Where Every Move Matters Picture your shift kicking off with a quick safety huddle. You check your forklift, review production orders, and get the line ready. You might build arbors for a machine setup, stage coils or parts for the press or paint line, or jump in on welding and testing. As products move, you do what you do best: keep materials flowing, inspect quality, and help the team hit the day’s targets—safely and efficiently. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $17–$20 per hour 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM What You’ll Handle Run a variety of production tasks: assembly, material handling, machine setup (including building arbors), press or paint line operation, welding, testing, and product quality checks. Move, stage, and transport materials and finished goods across the plant or warehouse using forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and related tools. Receive, inspect, unload, and store inbound shipments; verify counts and condition; report damage or discrepancies. Support quality control by inspecting output and flagging defects or nonconformances. Keep work areas orderly; perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe workspace. Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Take on additional duties as needed to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 0–6 months of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling preferred. Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and banding tools; required OSHA safety training. Valid forklift and crane license. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods. Basic math, computer, and tape measure reading skills. Strong hand–eye coordination and mechanical aptitude (a plus). Keen attention to detail; able to follow written instructions, production orders, or bills of material. Clear communication and dependable teamwork. Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
