About The Position

The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor - Electrodes oversees day-to-day operations of assigned employees. This role ensures production objectives are safely achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. The supervisor acts as a liaison between managerial goals and floor-level execution, supporting visibility through daily reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. If no degree, 2-4 years of experience is required.
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Medical Device Industry and/or supervisory role.
• Technical knowledge in Quality Systems Regulations
• Familiarity with Quality Systems Regulations and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production workers, assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance
• Allocate resources in an agile environment to meet demand and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Implement quality checks and troubleshoot issues to maintain high standards
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance, including FDA and GMP standards
• Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available for efficient production
• Identify and implement improvements for cost savings and operational efficiency
• Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams and report KPIs to senior leadership
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance skills and performance
