As the Manufacturing Operations QA Director, you will lead our quality site operations, overseeing the production of state-of-the-art surgical instruments and implants that are made primarily from metal (such as titanium or stainless steel). Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations Quality for Americas Central Manufacturing Region, you will lead quality management strategies to ensure the highest level of product quality and compliance. This includes harmonizing standards and processes, driving synergies, and fostering a culture of quality excellence. This position provides leadership and resources to ensure compliance with all elements of the Quality Management System throughout the organization and ensuring quality system performance is measured and routinely reported/ escalated to executive management. Leading by example in the use of MPS (Medtronic Performance System) to drive continuous improvement and talent development, while facilitating “One Best Way” and the “Medtronic Mindset” within the Manufacturing Quality process.
