WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Manufacturing Operations Manager! Valid driver's license with clean driving record 5+ years of applicable operations experience (multiple facility locations a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, especially Epicor. Experience in strategic planning and execution Senior-level operations leadership experience Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong knowledge of industry regulations Ability to lead, guide, direct, mentor, and motivate team members Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations Strong analytical skills High integrity and strong organizational skills Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Advanced math skills and ability to use a tape measure Ability to type 35+ wpm A bachelor's degree in business administration, experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies, quality control and safety, manufacturing knowledge (Fluid Power/Industrial Sales), and a forklift driver certification is a plus. We will provide training! DAY-TO-DAY This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm , with regional travel and additional hours as required to maintain operations. As our Manufacturing Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring safety compliance and efficiency across locations. Your role will include analyzing performance metrics, leading managers, managing budgets, and driving process improvements, while actively engaging with teams to support production quality and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
