This hands-on job is responsible for Managing all facets within the Device Care Center Repair Operations. Including invasive and non-invasive methods. This leader must be able to collaborate and work with other Leaders across shifts, department and sites. Responsibilities includes ensuring effective operation by working with the supervisors to complete customer priorities based on demand schedules, assigning tasks/projects as needed, coordinating the flow of work, oversee completion of work, monitor key performance metrics (KPI), managing labor efficiency across the area of responsibility, mentor/coach leaders and manage headcount. Must possess the ability to multitask, pay attention to details, have a good understanding of quality, inventory, and warehousing processes in a repair/manufacturing environment. This is an onsite role in our Mt. Juliet TN facility, with a schedule of Monday-Thursday, 4:30PM-3AM.
