About The Position

Maintain clear operational direction for supervisors and managers. 15% · Schedule and Throughput Performance Drive adherence to the production schedule. Identify and remove barriers to throughput. Ensure production teams escalate non-workable conditions quickly. Coordinate with planning and scheduling to maintain realistic execution plans. 15% · Leadership and Team Development Lead supervisors and managers responsible for daily operations. Build an environment of trust where issues are surfaced early and addressed collaboratively. Provide coaching and leadership development to front-line leaders. Maintain accountability for operational performance while fostering a constructive team culture. 25% · Operational Decision Authority Provide timely decisions when priorities conflict across production areas. Balance program priorities, capacity constraints, and operational realities. Ensure supervisors and managers have the direction needed to execute without unnecessary escalation. 15% · Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with planning, supply chain, engineering, quality, and depot operations to maintain operational flow. Ensure cross-functional issues impacting production are resolved quickly. Represent manufacturing operations in readiness and operational reviews. 15% · Continuous Improvement Drive operational improvements that increase throughput, reduce rework, and improve schedule adherence. Support initiatives that improve factory performance and operational efficiency. 15%
