About The Position

The Manufacturing Operations Management Rotational Program at Inteva Products, LLC is designed to recruit outstanding students from key universities to develop their skills in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This rotational program allows participants to gain hands-on experience across various functional areas, including Quality, Production Control & Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Plant Supervision. Participants will receive mentorship and guidance from senior leaders and have the opportunity to present their experiences and recommendations to executive staff.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program at a key university.
• Strong interest in automotive manufacturing and operations management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various functional areas.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or operations management.
• Leadership experience in academic or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational program across various functional areas of the business.
• Gain hands-on experience in Quality, Production Control & Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Plant Supervision.
• Engage with an executive sponsor regarding career path development.
• Receive support and guidance from a senior mentor.
• Present experiences and recommendations to executive staff, including the President and CEO.
