The Manufacturing Operations Engineering Rotational Program at Inteva Products, LLC is designed to recruit outstanding students from key universities to develop their skills in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This rotational program allows participants to gain hands-on experience across various functional areas, including Quality, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plant Supervision, and Production Control & Logistics. Participants will receive mentorship and guidance from senior staff and will have opportunities to present their experiences and recommendations to executive leadership.
