In this role will offer you the following daily responsibilities: In this role, you are responsible for supporting, mentoring, and motivating a manufacturing team of supervisors and ordnance mechanics to meet operational safety, quality, and productivity goals on tasks related to Post DD-250 special weapons operations. You will be one of two Associate Managers utilizing root-cause analysis and continuous improvement tools to develop solutions and implement systems to meet specific compliance standards in a complex, zero-defect, security-focused production environment. The successful candidate for this position will be a self-managing, action-oriented individual focused on developing and supporting a high-performing team while delivering business results. Please note that this position does NOT support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Silverdale, WA, and will be expected to work in the office.
