About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Manufacturing Business Analyst (Level 3) to support the 777 Composite Wing Center in Everett, Washington. The successful candidate must be able to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Background in manufacturing, engineering coordination, and/or complex operations
• Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools
• Ability to work in ambiguity and proactively find structure
• Excellent communication across multiple roles and levels
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in project coordination, operations, or systems workflows

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
• Analyzes and interprets data
• Provides feedback on assessment results
• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
• Works under general direction
