About The Position

Manufacturing Operations Analyst Workplace Coach Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Workplace Coach to support our Final Assembly Seal Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 2nd shift. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in manufacturing operations and training others! This position is expected to be 100% onsite assigned to building 88-30 as a Seal Team WPC. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Aerospace Seal applications
• 3+ years of experience with Velocity and other 787 production applications
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, and solutions

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
• 5+ years of experience teaching, coaching and developing others
• 5+ years of experience with LEAN, BPSM, RCCA or other BPS elements

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service & support to Final Assembly teammates and be fully integrated with MBU support teams
• Attend and support tier meetings and value stream teams in assigned area
• Conduct workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance
• Utilize Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) to identify root cause issues
• Develop and document innovative solutions in support of team goals
• Conduct learning requirements analysis and set learning objectives
• Support development of SOJT plans, guided skills practices (GSPs), and team cross training initiatives
• Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives
