About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to operate computer programs as needed.
• Special certification may be required for the use of forklifts and chemicals.
• Basic math skills necessary.

• Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, liquid meters, and flour scales.
• Adjust formulas according to conditions.
• Hand scale small ingredients and load bulk materials by hand.
• Control temperature and consistency of the dough.
• Set up and change over equipment as necessary.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area in compliance with GMP standards.
• Report food safety incidents and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Record accurate and legible results on documentation.
• Provide adequate housekeeping at all times.
