Your day blends setup, skilled welding in multiple positions, and meticulous finishing to meet exacting quality and safety standards. A day in this role You begin by reviewing blueprints and work instructions, staging components with an overhead crane, and dialing in machine parameters. Throughout the shift, you run high-quality welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions, verify specs with measuring tools, and clean your work using grinders, wire wheels, and needle guns. You’ll pivot between product lines as needed, support teammates, and keep a sharp eye on 6S and safety protocols.
