About The Position

Step into a day on our floor You arrive for your shift ready to keep production moving. You check the warehouse management system, confirm incoming receipts, and stage materials. With your forklift certification, you shuttle ingredients and packaging to the right lines, then perform basic autonomous maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly. Throughout the day you monitor safety and quality, track inventory movements, and log any losses or issues so they can be addressed quickly. What you’ll do Independently run and care for at least one process, machine, or system, following autonomous maintenance (AM) practices. Partner with coaches and teammates to meet targets across safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale. Execute standard work, including AM and progressive maintenance (PM) routines, and complete required quality checks. Use warehouse management systems to manage inventory control and verify received product; accurately stage and replenish materials. Identify and report equipment or process losses, supporting continuous improvement of line and system performance. Schedule 12 days on, 2 days off. Flexibility required, including the ability to work every shift. What you bring High school diploma. Forklift certification (Required). Requirements
