This position will report to the Sr. Manager for F-35 Advance Edge manufacturing and will support multiple functional areas of manufacturing within fabrication, assembly or tooling. Requirements

Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
Experience leading in a union environment
Experience with composite fabrication and/or machining techniques
Clearance required to apply
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
