As a Manufacturing Manager at EMUS, you will oversee Toner Filling production operations by developing and executing plans that optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment. In this role, you will lead the team to achieve material yield targets while ensuring that all parts, assemblies, and finished products are completed on schedule and in accordance with established requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend and implement section production goals, targets and adjustments for processes, work assignments and equipment usage to meet production objectives within QCDSE standards.
  • Recommend, implement and enforce methods and procedures to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operation.
  • Manage the implementation of new products into production, report results and identify problems that need to be resolved.
  • Investigate production problems and product quality issues, collaborate with other functional areas to identify root cause and recommend corrective action/countermeasure, prepare action plan, manage solution implementation and summarize and reports results. Coordinate Kaizen events across assigned department to drive improvements and increase operation productivity and safety.
  • Review and analyze consolidated data for Toner Filling section to identify trends, problems, and opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance results.
  • Prepare periodic reports summarizing costs and production and quality trends and problems, present information to department management.
  • Manage the work performance of subordinate supervisors, including giving direction on applying methods and procedures and executing new work, setting performance expectations, training and coaching for development, conducting and approving performance appraisals, approving and/or recommending personnel actions such as promotion, hire, termination, disciplinary actions.
