About The Position

Manufacturing Manager Company: Aerospace Composite Center, LLC Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Manufacturing Manager (level K) to support the Aerospace Composites Center (ACC) in Hazelwood, MO! The Aerospace Composites Center has state-of-the-art enabled capabilities and operates to support Boeing’s Fighter Programs. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing areas Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Oversight and Ownership to Zero injury and First Time Quality culture Manage, inspire, develop and motivate employees

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and people on production and development programs
• Leadership experience in a formal or informal capacity
• Candidate must be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and overtime support program objectives

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant field
• Lean Six Sigma experience
