We’re now hiring a Manufacturing Manager to lead one of our dynamic production areas. If you're a results-driven leader who thrives in complexity, inspires teams, and delivers excellence every shift this is your moment. This is initially a 12 month contract role.

Requirements

• A third-level qualification in Science, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced, regulated environments.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all aspects of manufacturing performance for your business area.
• Drive production targets volumes, yields, throughput while maintaining world-class quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations and compliance with financial, regulatory, and EHS standards.
• Champion manufacturing optimization and margin growth initiatives.
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering empowerment, accountability, and continuous development.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Sponsor impactful projects to enhance quality systems and manufacturing processes.
