As a First Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) in Composite Fabrication and AFT Body A&I , you won’t simply oversee production—you will inspire people, build high-performing teams, and directly contribute to delivering world-class airplanes that redefine what’s possible. This position is located in North Charleston, South Carolina. Your Impact Starts on Day One In this role, you will lead frontline manufacturing teams responsible for building one of the most sophisticated aircraft ever designed. You will shape culture, develop talent, and drive performance across safety, quality, and delivery.
