About The Position

LM2 Resource Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician for a premier manufacturing facility in Kinston, NC. This role is critical to ensuring production lines remain operational and efficient. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment and possesses a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. As a member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial manufacturing machinery to minimize downtime and support 24/7 operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial machine maintenance.
• Must possess and maintain your own basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work the required swing shift schedule (rotating between 12-hour day and night shifts).
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment.
• A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure long-term machine reliability and safety.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns on the floor to maintain production flow.
• Maintain accurate logs of repairs and parts used.
• Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
