About The Position

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules. Align with and maintain areas to 5S standards. Receive, understand and complete written work orders in a timely fashion. Follow verbal supervisor instructions to complete jobs safely. Maintain production equipment with preventative maintenance tasks. Operate fork lifts and high-work equipment (boom lift, scissors lift) safely. Align with all safety and work instructions. Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises. Work in an environment where getting the job done depends on your high standards and teamwork.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; strength in arms and legs.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical specifications and instructions.
  • Ability to operate/maintain forklifts and high-work equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2 – 3 years proven experience working with maintenance tools, HVAC, hoists, plumbing and production machine repair.
