DEPARTMENT: Maintenance JOB TITLE: Maintenance Tech REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor SHIFT DAYS /HOURS : (Mon-Fri) 11:00 pm- 7:00 am Must be willing and able to work Mandatory OT on off days as necessary. Requirements

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably on the night shift.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Perform repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce potential issues.
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
