About The Position
The Industrial Maintenance Technician on the 2nd shift plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment within a durable goods production environment. This position focuses on performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours consistently.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures promptly to minimize production interruptions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and parts inventory to support operational transparency and compliance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment during all maintenance activities.
