Texas Instruments is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist for the Implant/Parts Clean Shop. This role is crucial in maintaining the operational efficiency of our wafer fab clean rooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in mechanical and maintenance activities, with the capability to perform complex tasks on various tool sets. The position requires effective collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams, as well as the ability to read and understand technical instructions and mechanical drawings. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will execute scheduled maintenance work, adhering to the best-known methods for all tasks completed. You will also be responsible for tracking and assembling parts required for maintenance ahead of time, ensuring that equipment is brought fully out of maintenance state and into production. On-the-job training will be provided, offering a clear path to required certifications and advancement within the company. Core responsibilities include disassembling, cleaning, and rebuilding Implant assemblies removed during Preventive Maintenance on the tools. You will perform basic maintenance on all equipment used in the Implant Parts Clean Shop and identify and communicate issues on Implant components to engineers and technicians. Additionally, you will order and maintain an inventory of parts needed for proper cleaning and assembly of Implant assemblies, as well as prepare required passdown and update reports to ensure constant workflow and availability of Implant parts. This position requires flexibility to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule, including day or night shifts, with one weekend shift and holidays as needed.
