About The Position

Do you enjoy diversity and a fast paced day? It's rare that any two work days are ever the same! Our Maintenance team troubleshoots and performs electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs, on equipment like mechanical stamping presses, reciprocating air and gas compressors, reciprocating pumps, and engines. In addition to troubleshooting and repair, our Maintenance teammates conduct preventive maintenance and assist in new equipment installation and general building/facility maintenance. ENC Maintenance do not perform building/grounds custodial duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1 or more years Heavy Industry Maintenance Experience
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Power Point
• Commitment to Safety and Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform electrical repairs on equipment.
• Conduct hydraulic repairs on machinery.
• Perform mechanical repairs on various equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Assist in new equipment installation.
• Maintain general building and facility upkeep.
