Join our team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator! We’re hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting. Machines in Operation Sheeter Operator: responsible for operating the Sheeter machine to cut materials into sheeted products, ensuring quality standards and production requirements are met. This role includes machine setup, preventive maintenance, material handling, data entry, and supporting cross-training and safety initiatives. Demolder Operator- responsible for removing finished products from molds, preparing molds for the next production cycle, and ensuring product quality through collaboration with Peelers and Mixers. This role involves operating equipment safely, performing quality checks, maintaining accurate production Reroller Operator: Final stage of production; use forklift and hoist to cut rolls to customer specifications and prepare for shipping. Banbury Operator: responsible for operating and maintaining the Banbury machine to mix materials according to specified formulas, ensuring proper temperature control and product quality throughout the process. This role includes weighing and loading materials, coordinating batch timing with the Extruder Operator, performing equipment cleaning, and completing production reports at the end of each shift. Line Operator: transform raw materials into high-quality tile products by operating press machines and ensuring precision throughout the production process. This role combines hands-on work with attention to detail—setting formulas, inspecting quality, and maintaining equipment—while keeping the workspace clean and safe.

  • Operate machine safely and efficiently
  • Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards
  • Input and retrieve data from ERP systems
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
  • Maintain attention to detail while managing machine interfaces
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred
  • Safety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed
