Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Candidate must be on time for the start of your shift and be able to work overtime if needed.
Candidate needs to be a self-motivated team player with a good work ethic and produce quality work in a timely fashion.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred

Responsibilities

Provide general assistance to multiple departments including manufacturing, logistics, office administration, and customer support
Support production and operational activities as needed to meet business demands
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document control, and report preparation
Assist with inventory tracking, material handling, and order coordination
Communicate with internal teams to relay information and support workflow continuity
Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and daily operational needs
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and support safety and compliance requirements
Step in to cover roles during staff shortages or peak workload periods
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business operations
