The Manufacturing Logistics Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the flow of materials, components, and information across manufacturing and distribution operations. This role drives production continuity, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery by leveraging data analysis, AI-assisted tooling, and continuous process improvement in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requirements

3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or production coordination within a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating material flow on a production line.
Experience collaborating with production teams and ensuring timely deliveries.
Proficiency with ERP or logistics planning tools.
Ability to analyze production needs and adjust logistics accordingly.

Nice To Haves

Experience in aerospace, UAS, or regulated manufacturing.
Experience working in fast-paced production ramp environments.
Familiarity with inventory management and just-in-time principles.
Experience in coordinating critical consumables in a production setting.

Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize inbound and outbound logistics across manufacturing operations
Support coordinators with material movement between suppliers, warehouses, and production lines
Monitor transportation and delivery performance; identify cost-reduction opportunities
Track inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking
Identify and resolve discrepancies; implement corrective actions
Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives
Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and production data
Develop dashboards and KPI reports covering on-time delivery, inventory turns, and lead times
Translate data insights into actionable operational improvements
Partner with production planning to ensure material availability ahead of scheduled builds
Identify bottlenecks impacting manufacturing throughput
Support scheduling and capacity planning efforts
Identify inefficiencies and recommend targeted process enhancements
Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
Standardize workflows, SOPs, and supporting documentation
Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and warehouse teams
Engage suppliers and logistics providers to resolve issues and improve performance
Support new product introductions and supply chain readiness efforts
