We are looking for a Manufacturing Line Technician for assembly of medical devices alongside other technicians. Most work is completed in a cleanroom environment so must be able to adhere to cleanroom standards. How you will make an impact as a Manufacturing Assembly Technician: · Communicate effectively with a team of 3-4 technicians · Assembly of medical device disposables using screw drivers, torque wrenches, tube cutters, tube stretchers · Heat sealing · Printing labels · Labeling, packaging, and boxing · Gluing and curing with UV wands · Flow testing · Laser welding with fixtures · Leak testing disposable components and subassemblies with fixtures · Tracking and recording serial numbers in a database · Maintain a clean an organized workspace About DEKA: One hour from the beach, Boston, and the mountains, the historic Amoskeag Millyard once housed the largest textile mills in the world.
