About The Position

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Line Leader who has manufacturing experience to join our team in McGregor, TX . As a Manufacturing Line Leader in our Wetout Facility, you will be responsible for the preparation of Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) according to the exact specifications agreed upon by the customer and will supervise 2-3 Wetout Technicians assigned to the Wetout line. We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license , and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout. The starting pay is $20.85 per hour. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or Wetout facility required
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as Construction Laborer or Installation Technician highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Inject epoxy or polyester resin into various manufactured tubes according to specifications requested from customers in accordance with tube installation processes
  • Measure, cut, and splice tube prior to impregnation to ensure proper length for proper seal against in-place pipe.
  • Work with epoxy and polyester resins and other chemicals requiring MSDS sheets
  • Use a pump to inject resin into tube, ensure proper dispersion of resin throughout tube by means of vacuum pump (taking steps to keep impregnated tube cool until time for inversion)
  • Responsible for processing tube orders within established timelines and loading of refrigeration trucks with the impregnated tubes
  • Communicate, implement, and enforce safety programs and procedures; conduct routine safety inspections; ensure proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment
  • Ability to work with supervisors, clients, peers, and subordinates.
  • Requires Drive vehicles from pickups to tractor-trailer rigs to haul equipment and move product
