The Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) is designed to prepare candidates for technical or engineering roles within our manufacturing facilities, while also exposing them to leadership training early on that will help accelerate their careers with many post program career paths available including Plant Leadership roles. Manufacturing Leadership Program participants complete the entirety of the program at an Owens Corning manufacturing plant. During this time participants will be mentored by seasoned technical, operations, and maintenance professionals. The program spans 24 to 30 months.
