Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, agriculture, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Anticipated graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.
• 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and innovative mindset.
• Team player with effective communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude.
• Desire to lead teams.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month program spanning 4 rotations in various departments including engineering/maintenance, packaging, processing/distillery, and supply chain.
• Lead teams and projects during the rotations.
• Engage in professional and career development activities.
• Receive continual feedback throughout the rotational program.
• Network with professionals across the organization.
