About The Position

We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Lead Operator to join our team and help drive efficiency, safety, and quality on the production floor. In this hands-on role, you’ll train and support production staff, operate machinery, ensure product quality, and collaborate with supervisors to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience (heavy machinery preferred)
• 1+ year as a production lead and forklift operator
• Comfortable with blueprint reading, measuring tools, and data entry
• Able to lift 65 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse

Responsibilities

• Train team members and oversee daily production activities
• Operate equipment and perform quality inspections
• Read blueprints and ensure product specs are met
• Enter data into ERP systems and move materials via forklift
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
