About The Position

We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Lead Operator to join our metal fabrication team and help drive efficiency, safety, and quality on the production floor. In this hands-on role, you’ll train and support production staff, operate machinery, ensure product quality, and collaborate with supervisors to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience (heavy machinery preferred)
• 1+ year as a production lead or proven supervisor experience
• 1+ year forklift operation
• Comfortable with blueprint reading, measuring tools, and data entry
• Able to lift 65 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse

Nice To Haves

• Previous work history in fabrication, rebar, metalwork etc. preferred, welding experience of any kind is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train team members and oversee daily production activities
• Operate equipment and perform quality inspections
• Read blueprints and ensure product specs are met
• Enter data into ERP systems and move materials via forklift
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
